Insurance Coverage and Financial Policy
Ballast Mental Health provides services exclusively to patients with active health insurance coverage. Self-pay arrangements are NOT available at this time. In accordance with practice policy, cash is not accepted for the payment of co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles.

All co-payments and co-insurance amounts are due within sixty (60) days of receipt of the billing statement.

Payments may be submitted directly through the billing service, Smith Consulting, or by approved electronic payment methods, including Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. Please note that Apple Pay is not accepted.
